HOW TO ENTER

• Create a video using one of two song from Jobob and the Republicrats latest album, either Broke Wind or I Like Farts.
• Upload your video using a file sharing service such as Megaupload.com or Rapidshare to Jobob@JobobandtheRepublicrats.com as the recipient.
• Sign our Guestbook to let us know you will be submitting (*not required)
• You may enter as many times as you wish.
• Download song MP3?s at ITUNES, Napster, or YAHOO

All submissions must be received by 9:00pm EST on Dec. 31st, 2010.

Videos cannot contain copyrighted material or nudity. Videos must have been produced and filmed by the contestant(s). Videos may not include images, music, lyrics, or other licensed images or audio that have been previously published or are pending publication, unless you can provide documented proof of permission. Contestants have permission from Jobob And The Republicrats to use the songs listed above and any picture files from our website or our MYSPACE page for this contest.

Jobob and the Republicrats may disqualify any entry based on content and/or production.

Contestants agree that Jobob and the Republicrats may edit and air their video(s), publish their name(s), and may use both in future advertising campaigns and/or marketing materials. Contestants relinquish all publishing rights.

Jobob and the Republicrats is not responsible for any lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected or illegal submission. No entries will be returned. All entries become property of Jobob and the Republicrats.

All costs associated with making and submitting a video are the contestants responsibility. Jobob and the Republicrats will not reimburse or be responsible for any residuals or costs incurred in the making or submission of any entry.

WHO WINS WHAT?
1^st Prize one IPOD Touch, a signed copy of the latest Jobob and the Republicrats album and a Jobob and the Republicrats schwag pack.

2^nd Prize one IPOD Shuffle, a signed copy of Jobob and the Republicrats album.

3^rd Prize - a Jobob and the Republicrats schwag pack

Winners will be recognized for their work, and their winning entries will be featured at jobobandtherepublicrats.com and the Official Jobob and the Republicrats MySpace page.

JUDGING
Jobob and the Republicrats will take the top 3 videos produced for each song and upload them to the Official Jobob and the Republicrats YouTube Channel. The video with the most views in 30 calendar days from the date of upload, wins. Its that simple.  There will be a total of one first prize, one second prize, and one third prize.
